📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to clients using our accounting software, including troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
• Offer expert guidance on software features, functionalities, and best practices to help clients maximize the benefits of our software.
• Assist clients with software updates, installations, and integrations to ensure seamless operation.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Document and track software issues, providing detailed reports and updates to the development team.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and address software bugs and improvements.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance clients' knowledge and skills in using our accounting software.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to our clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting software support or a related role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Certification in accounting software or related field is a plus.
