We're currently seeking a BIM Modeler to join our team in Badung. You'll use industry-leading software like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD to create detailed 3D models and shop drawings. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Create and maintain accurate 3D electrical models using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
- Generate detailed shop drawings and construction documents
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve modeling issues and maintain project schedules
- Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices
- Provide technical support to project teams as needed
- Ensure all models and drawings meet project specifications and regulatory requirements
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in BIM modeling, particularly in electrical systems
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Understanding of building codes and regulations in Indonesia
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Certification in BIM or related field is a plus
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
