📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage customs documentation for import and export shipments
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth customs clearance
• Use SAP and Oracle for customs management and reporting
• Monitor and optimize customs clearance times to improve operational efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs administration or a related role
• Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws
• Familiarity with SAP and Oracle for customs management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
