📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to develop and implement store plans.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
