📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the distribution department.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth distribution processes.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately recorded and managed.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide regular reports on distribution performance to the management team.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution operations and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
