📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the company's fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance schedules, and other fleet-related expenses.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle fleet-related customer inquiries and complaints.,Generate and analyze fleet performance reports.,Manage and maintain fleet documentation and records.,Participate in fleet improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
