In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.,Manage employee relations to foster a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to comply with labor laws and company standards.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to help employees grow and develop.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Experience in managing a team and leading projects is a plus.
