📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures specific to warehouse operations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide safety training and education to warehouse staff on best practices and emergency procedures.
• Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and trends.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with national and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety considerations into operational planning.
• Maintain and update safety documentation, including incident reports and training records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Certification in Safety Management Systems (SMS) or equivalent.
• Proficient in using safety management software such as SAP EHS or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and materials handling equipment.
