In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage ordering.,Ensure high-quality service and maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized restaurant environment.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and disciplining as necessary.,Monitor sales and profits, and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and operations.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.,Assist in the development and implementation of the restaurant's marketing and promotional strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate with a degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
