📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management systems and other relevant software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
