📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and investigate motor insurance claims to determine liability and extent of damage.
• Use Clarify and SAP to manage and process claims efficiently.
• Collaborate with our claims team to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims.
• Conduct surveys and inspections to gather evidence and assess damages.
• Communicate with clients, policyholders, and third parties to gather information and provide updates on claim status.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the claims process.
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in motor insurance claims handling.
• Familiarity with claims management systems like Clarify and SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional certification in insurance claims handling is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
