📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and cultural fit.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidate performance.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
