📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality control inspections on shipping operations to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Monitoring and maintaining quality standards and procedures to ensure the safety and reliability of shipping operations.,Working closely with the team to identify and resolve any quality or safety issues that may arise.,Providing training and support to junior staff to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest quality control procedures and regulations.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all quality control inspections and findings.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure that quality control procedures are integrated into all aspects of shipping operations.,Ensuring that all shipping equipment and materials meet the required quality standards before they are used in operations.,Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure that quality control procedures are being followed and maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Control, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control inspections, preferably in the shipping industry.,Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO, IMO, and SOLAS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality and safety issues.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Familiarity with shipping operations and equipment is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
