As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear and concise technical documentation that helps our clients understand our products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Write clear and concise instructions and guides for our clients,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure that it meets our standards,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational resources,Work with the marketing team to create product brochures and other promotional materials,Provide support to the customer service team by answering technical questions and resolving issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Experience with API documentation,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
