📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees,Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources,Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and goals,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Provide feedback and support to employees on their training and development needs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Certification in training and development (preferred)
