📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily coffee shop operations, ensuring high standards of quality and customer service.
• Manage and train a team of baristas, ensuring they deliver exceptional coffee experiences.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the coffee shop.
• Conduct regular quality checks on coffee brewing and food preparation.
• Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the coffee industry.
• Proven ability to manage and train a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
