📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive company growth.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Manage and oversee the sales team to ensure targets are met.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.,Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and threats.,Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and progress.,Participate in business development initiatives and events to promote the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in driving business growth and development.,Strong knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
