As a Housekeeping Professional at Svarna Living, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include preparing and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces, ensuring that all areas are spotless and well-presented. You will also be responsible for managing linens, towels, and other consumables, as well as maintaining the resort's inventory.

• Perform daily room inspections and cleaning to ensure all guest rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Maintain and restock guest rooms with linens, towels, toiletries, and other amenities.
• Clean and sanitize public areas, including lobbies, restaurants, and common spaces.
• Manage and maintain the resort's inventory of cleaning supplies and consumables.
• Ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
• Follow and enforce all health and safety regulations, including proper waste disposal and pest control.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of housekeeping operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a luxury resort environment.
• Proven ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals, including knowledge of proper usage and safety procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
