In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans, monitor project performance, and provide strategic advice to senior management. You'll leverage your expertise in financial management, project accounting, and risk assessment to drive project success and optimize financial outcomes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage the financial plans and budgets for major infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Oversee financial reporting and analysis, providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making.
• Monitor project performance against financial targets, identifying and mitigating financial risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cost tracking, forecasting, and financial close processes.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, supporting major project decisions and investments.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, including project accounting standards.
• Leverage financial software and tools, such as SAP and Oracle, to support financial analysis and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Professional certification in finance or accounting, such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles, project accounting, and risk assessment.
• Proven experience in developing and managing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for complex projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
