📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide high-quality legal advice on corporate governance, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for potential business opportunities.
• Negotiate and draft contracts, ensuring they align with our clients' strategic objectives.
• Monitor and advise on regulatory changes that impact our clients' operations.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to support business growth and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with business leaders to navigate complex legal challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on legal trends and best practices in the corporate and commercial advisory field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate legal practice, with a focus on corporate governance and commercial transactions.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international business laws and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
• Proficient in using legal research databases such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and Bloomberg Law.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and legal software such as CaseMap or Practice Panorama.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
