- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Development or similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
