Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Manage and maintain operational budgets and expenses.,Conduct regular operational reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other operational software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
