📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the front desk receptionist team, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of guest inquiries and concerns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.,Assist in training and developing new front desk staff to ensure consistent quality of service.,Monitor front desk operations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software for guest management and reservations.,Knowledge of local regulations and hospitality industry standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
