Puskesmas Wati Spareparts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Kitchen Crew to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the quality and safety of food, and managing a team of kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving.,Ensure the quality, safety, and presentation of food items.,Manage and train kitchen staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.,Maintain accurate records of food inventory, usage, and waste.,Comply with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and sanitation standards.,Prepare and maintain menus, recipes, and cost estimates.,Handle customer complaints and address food safety concerns promptly and professionally.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of kitchen policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a kitchen or food service environment.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring food safety and quality.,Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and health regulations.,Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment, tools, and techniques.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional culinary training or certification preferred.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
