📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design effective training solutions to address those needs.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure that learning and development initiatives are integrated into the overall business strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.,Develop and maintain learning and development materials, including manuals, guides, and other resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories, models, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant technologies.,Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
