📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of tax officers in preparing and filing tax returns for clients.,Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.,Conduct audits and reviews of tax filings to identify discrepancies and opportunities for tax savings.,Provide tax advice and guidance to clients on complex tax issues.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related activities.,Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations.,Provide training and mentoring to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting or a similar role.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CT, or equivalent).,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using tax software and accounting systems.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.,Leadership and team management experience.
