📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance.,Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
