📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and trends.
• Source, negotiate, and secure the best products for our retail shelves from a wide range of suppliers.
• Manage the entire product procurement cycle, from initial contact to final delivery.
• Ensure that all products meet our quality and pricing standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels and place reorders as needed.
• Analyze sales data to identify product performance and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or consumer products industry.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and consumer behavior.
