📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications to customers.

Stock and organize pharmacy inventory.

Provide information and advice to customers regarding medications and health products.

Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.

Perform basic laboratory tests as required.

Assist in the training of new staff members.

Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Diploma in Pharmacy or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting.

Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and their uses.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with basic laboratory procedures is a plus.

Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects.

Proficient in using computer and pharmacy management software.
