📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve processes.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
