In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing sales records and maintaining accurate sales documentation.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely and efficient processing of sales transactions.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to sales, providing timely and accurate responses.,Prepare and distribute sales reports and other administrative materials to the sales team.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed on time.,Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and other marketing materials.,Support the sales team in preparing for meetings and client visits.,Assist in the organization of sales events and workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales administrative or support role.,Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
