📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide legal and business advice to other departments on contract matters.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of contracts to ensure that they are being executed as agreed.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to contracts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in contract negotiation.
  • Prepare and present reports on contract performance and other relevant matters.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract negotiation and management.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
