This role is crucial in shaping our human capital strategies to support our innovative logistics and cold storage operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our IT department's goals and objectives.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Oversee talent acquisition and retention efforts, focusing on attracting and retaining top IT talent.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance our IT team's skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with our IT team to understand their needs and challenges, and provide HR solutions to address them.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Represent HR at IT department meetings and events to foster a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on technology or IT.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
